How does it work?

Our skin has the ability to absorb light energy and use it to stimulate or regulate essential cell processes. LED Phototherapy is the application of beneficial wavelengths from the visible and infrared part of the light spectrum which have proven skin enhancing benefits. How do I sign up for a membership?

It’s easy! Call Adelaide Laser Skincare to organise your initial consultation. Receive a complimentary skin consultation and demonstration on what to do on arrival.

When does my membership start?

You membership starts on the date of your first treatment.

Are there any restrictions on when I can attend the clinic?

No, we would love for you to visit anytime during opening hours. Please book online or call to make your appointments.

Can my membership be put on hold?

No sorry. We can’t currently put memberships on hold.

Can my membership be used by friends and family?

No, we ask that only one person uses a membership so that we can be sure that we are redeeming the membership services to the correct customer.

What happens if I miss my appointment?

We send reminder SMS confirmations for all appointments. If you can’t make your appointment you can reschedule within 24 hours. If you forget to reschedule and miss your appointment you will forfeit your monthly treatment. The monthly membership is limited to 8 treatments per month. If you are unable to attend the monthly quota it does not carry through to the following month.

Will I get the appointment times that suit me?

We’d recommend booking in your membership LED phototherapy in advance, this way you get the dates and time that suit you best.

Can I transfer my membership to another person?

Currently you cannot transfer your membership to any other person or allow any other person to use part of your membership at any time.
